Chiropractic clinic looking for a part time Massage Therapist (about 20-22hrs) to help with front and back office. Front desk responsibilities include: answering phones and emails, scheduling patients, checking patients in and out of visits.

Back office work includes working closely with our chiropractor with massage therapy. We are located in Woodland Hills and have served our community for the last 38 years.We are proud to provide exceptional care and to allow our patients to live healthy and active lives with our care. We are a small office who take pride in our employees, who have been with us over 10yrs. We are looking for a Massage Therapist to join our busy office.

Consistent weekly schedule; 3-4 hour shifts, 2-3 times per week.

Immediate opening! New graduates in Massage Therapy as Doctor will train with you and Customer Service is a MUST!

SATURDAYS ARE A MUST 9AM-1PM

FRIDAYS ARE A MUST 9am-1pm 3-6PM OR 6:30PM (DEPENDING ON THE SCHEDULE)

Wed/Thursday Off

Tuesday 9-1pm 3-6pm

Mondays flexible (depending on schedule)

Duties/Responsibilities

Pull patients charts daily for the next work shift

Greet patients on the phone and in person

Place patients in the exam rooms

Massage Therapy (10 MINS each patient)

Filling EOB

Making new file folders

Collecting payments

Scheduling patients next visit

light house keeping(wiping down exam beds, and vacuum rooms at the end of the day)

helping office manager with daily tasks if needed

Maintain HIPAA

Communicates clearly on the phone

Makes follow-up calls for any messages left.

Documents appointment visit status, including rescheduled, cancelled, confirmed, left voice message, or any other status appropriately

Additional front office responsibilities as needed

Ability to show attention to detail

Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with all levels of staff

Ability to prioritize work efficiently

Excellent interpersonal communication skills and writing skills

Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

Must be able to multi-task and be flexible in changing work assignments at short notice, which includes increasing work hours as needed to cover the practice needs

Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
