Personal Care Assistance:
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and incontinence care.
Support residents with mobility, including transfers and walking.
Provide medication reminders or assistance per care plan and state regulations.
Meal Preparation & Feeding:
Prepare nutritious meals and snacks according to dietary restrictions and preferences.
Assist with feeding as needed and monitor food intake.
Housekeeping & Environment:
Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and common areas (making beds, laundry, sweeping, mopping).
Ensure a safe and sanitary environment, reporting hazards or maintenance issues.
Resident Monitoring:
Observe and report changes in residents’ physical, mental, or emotional condition to the Administrator or appropriate personnel.
