Job Description:
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Call Center Representative to handle patient inquiries, schedule appointments, and provide accurate information about our services. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced environment, strong organizational skills, and a passion for customer service.
Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls and assist patients with inquiries about our med spa and plastic surgery services.
Schedule and confirm appointments based on availability and patient needs.
Make outbound calls for appointment reminders, follow-ups, and promotional offers.
Provide detailed and accurate information about treatments, procedures, and pricing.
Maintain organized and updated records of patient interactions and appointments.
Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
Utilize Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Gmail for scheduling, communication, and documentation.
Meet performance goals, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and appointment scheduling accuracy.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
Previous experience in a med spa, plastic surgery office, or similar healthcare setting is a plus.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Gmail is required.
Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of calls efficiently.
Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
Ability to maintain a professional and empathetic tone with patients.
