We are looking to hire a part-time AMFT to lead Group Therapy sessions in a residential drug & alcohol treatment facility for First Responders & Veterans. Payment is negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
Throttle & Thrive is a men’s detox and substance misuse treatment facility exclusively for First Responders and Veterans.
The position is for in-person work. We are looking for an AMFT (or similar license) who can be onsite up to three time a week to conduct 2-hour long group therapy sessions with the clients and also document the sessions.
Ideally, we would like an AMFT to be leading groups at the facility (in person) as listed below. If you are only available 2 or 3 of the days/times listed below, that is great! We are flexible.
Monday 1:30 pm - 3:30 pm
Tuesday 9:30 am - 12:00 pm
Thursday 1:30 pm - 3:30 pm
Friday 1:30 pm - 3:30 pm
Our facility is located in Palos Verdes Estates, CA (near Torrance, Redondo Beach and Long Beach)
You will be a W-2 employee and supervision will be provided by an LMFT.
