What We’re Looking For:
-Culinary Expertise: Proven experience in a high-volume kitchen.
-Leadership Skills: Ability to inspire and lead a team.
-Passion for Japanese Cuisine: A love for authentic flavors and techniques.
-Relevant Experience: Must have experience as kitchen staff or chef in a Japanese restaurant (Yakitori, Izakaya, Ramen, or similar).
-Bilingual Skills: Japanese and English preferred but not required.
-Interpersonal Communication: Excellent skills with qualities of integrity, credibility, and commitment to our mission.
-Flexibility: Ability and willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
