Wood Ranch is a leading premium-casual restaurant company specializing in authentic American food. We are happy to announce our new location in Manhattan Beach opening on August 3rd! Come be a part of a new store opening! We are currently hiring and training in our Cerritos and Brentwood locations in preparation for the move.
We are always accepting applications for all positions! We are looking to fill the following positions:
1. Prep cooks with AM or PM availability,
2. Dishwashers with AM or PM availability, and
3. Line cooks with AM or PM availability.
Cook Responsibilities Include:
Preparing, cooking and plating food items following our specifications and following health department standards Working safely and for identifying potential safety hazards Cleaning the work area and various areas of the kitchen
Putting ingredients and other supplies away when delivered Maintaining the kitchen area, including equipment, utensils and tools Stock merchandise and put away deliveries Perform kitchen duties including slicing, chopping, broiling and grilling Communicate openly with management regarding any work-related concerns.
Dishwasher Responsibilities Include:
Keeping the dishwashing area clean and organized Washing dishes, pots, pans, utensils, glasses and all other food preparation and serving items Replacing clean items back in their designated areas Stocking ingredients and other supplies when delivered Cleaning and checking dish machine.
