Job Summary:
A Water Delivery Driver is responsible for delivering water and related products to residential and commercial customers in a timely, professional, and efficient manner. This role includes driving company vehicles, maintaining an accurate delivery log, ensuring product quality, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver Products: Safely transport bottled water, water coolers, and other related products to customer locations according to a set delivery schedule.
Customer Service: Interact professionally with customers, addressing any inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive experience.
Vehicle Maintenance: Perform routine checks and maintenance on delivery vehicles, such as monitoring oil, fuel levels, and tire pressure. Report any mechanical issues.
Product Handling: Load and unload products from the delivery vehicle using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
Inventory Management: Ensure accurate documentation of deliveries, returns, and product exchanges. Maintain up-to-date delivery records.
Promote Services: Educate customers on products and services offered, such as cooler rentals, maintenance, or water subscription plans.
Experience:
Previous delivery driving experience is preferred, but not required.
Skills Wanted :
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to lift heavy products (up to 50 lbs. regularly).
Familiarity with basic vehicle maintenance.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
Able to speak BOTH ENGLISH AND SPANISH!
Licensing: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Work Environment:
Regularly required to lift heavy water bottles and products.
Driving in various weather conditions.
Requires physical stamina and the ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods.
