Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement: Warmly greet customers and inform them about our specials and new menu items.
Service Excellence: Answer questions, take orders, and process payments efficiently.
Preparation: Box donuts, grind and blend coffee beans, brew coffee and tea, and serve items with a smile.
Maintenance: Keep work and dining areas clean and restocked, empty trash, and sanitize equipment and utensils.
Knowledge Development: Learn about various brewing methods, beverage blends, and donut preparation techniques.
Inventory Management: Take inventory and replenish items in display cases, at tables, or behind the counter.
Team Collaboration: Work as part of a fun, high-energy team.
Safety and Quality: Adhere to all food safety regulations and quality controls.
Requirements:
Availability: Must be available to work during peak hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
Personality: Have a polite and engaging attitude.
Customer Focus: Commit to providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
