Perle Restaurant is seeking a dedicated and professional Food Runner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring our guests receive an exceptional dining experience by delivering dishes with precision, efficiency, and care.
Responsibilities:
Deliver food from kitchen to dining room promptly and accurately
Ensure dishes are presented with attention to detail and meet the standards of fine dining service
Assist servers with clearing and resetting tables between courses
Maintain communication between kitchen staff and front-of-house team
Support overall flow of service in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence
Ability to move with urgency while maintaining grace and professionalism
Team-oriented with excellent communication skills
Poise and polished demeanor suitable for a fine dining setting
Reliability and consistency under pressure
Physical stamina to stand and walk throughout shifts, carrying trays and plates safely
Prior experience in fine dining or upscale hospitality a plus, but not required
