Town Pizza in Highland Park is a family-owned pizzeria proudly serving handcrafted pizzas and salads. We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and well-rounded PIZZA COOK SUPERVISOR with experience in a high-volume restaurant kitchen. This position requires open availability, is full-time, and includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
Please:
- have experience hand-stretching pizza in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- have experience managing small teams and communicating effectively
- be consistent with timeliness and attendance
- have kindness and empathy and the ability to treat others with respect while leading by example
- have attention to detail, organization, consistency, communication and quality
- have the ability to manage time efficiently
- maintain cleanliness standards and follow all DOH protocols
- have the ability to take initiative and be a problem solver, utilizing effective communication to direct staff to be successful
