Our commitment to quality, community, and exceptional service defines our brand and we're expanding our team looking for a dedicated Store Manager to join us in creating memorable experiences for our customers. We're based in San Diego where we have three stores, another in Portland, Oregon, and are pumped to be making our first move into the LA area.
Job Description:
We're seeking an energetic, positive, and motivated Store Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and contribute to the overall success of our mini donut shop. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and staff scheduling.
Train, supervise, and motivate team members to achieve their best performance and foster a positive work environment.
Ensure consistent quality and presentation of our mini donuts, maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
Monitor sales, analyze performance data, and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and enhance profitability.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming shop environment.
Collaborate with ownership to implement marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role in the food service industry is preferred.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of financial management and the ability to analyze sales and performance data.
Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, quality, and safety.
Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends
Passion for food, especially donuts!
A genuine desire to create a positive customer experience.
Pay and Benefits:
$21-$25/hr
