Position: FOH Lead
Position Overview:
The FOH Lead is responsible for ensuring a seamless dining experience while supervising front-of-house operations. This role requires leadership, organization, and the ability to train and support staff members in delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
● Provide exceptional service warmly, ensuring exceptional hospitality throughout guests experience.
● If needed, take accurate food and drink orders, answer menu questions, and make recommendations.
● Deliver food and drinks promptly while maintaining table cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
● Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction.
Leadership and Training:
● Oversee FOH staff during shifts, ensuring adherence to service standards.
● Train and mentor new and existing staff members, ensuring they understand policies, service steps, and Marathon Burgers culture.
● Provide feedback to improve team performance and communication.
Operational Duties:
● Assist with opening and closing duties, including side work and cleaning tasks.
● Oversee compliance with health and safety regulations.
● Communicate effectively with kitchen and management staff to resolve any service issues.
Sales and Upselling:
● Encourage upselling of drinks, specials, and menu add-ons to meet sales goals.
Team Collaboration:
● Work closely with kitchen staff and management to ensure seamless service.
● Foster a positive and team-oriented work environment.
Team Accountability and Monitoring:
● Perform table audits, close out server shifts, handle customer complaints, complete checklists, and side work checks.
● Performs daily End of Day Reports.
