Schedule: Full-time and part-time shifts available (10 AM – 12 AM daily)

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Sushi Chef with a minimum of 2 years of sushi-making experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about Japanese cuisine, knowledgeable in sushi preparation techniques, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare high-quality sushi (nigiri, sashimi, hand rolls, cut rolls) according to Sora Sushi standards
Ensure proper handling, storage, and rotation of fresh fish and ingredients
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work station
Uphold food safety and sanitation standards at all times
Collaborate with other chefs and servers to deliver a smooth dining experience
Provide excellent presentation and consistency with every dish
Assist with menu preparation, daily specials, and inventory as needed
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of sushi-making experience required
Strong knife skills and knowledge of sushi preparation techniques
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Excellent teamwork, communication, and organizational skills
Commitment to cleanliness, precision, and consistency
Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
