We are looking for a reliable Sous Chef or Lead Line Cook for a well known Venice supper club.
We serve family style farm to table 5-course meals for very large tables, with a new and inventive menu every month.
On average 6-8 events per month, generally 2 weekends - Thu-Sat/Sun only.
Shifts are typically early afternoon till 11pm.
Looking for a very experienced, reliable, organized chef with all general grilling and culinary expertise.
Availability starting this weekend.
$25/hr + tips (very good generally). Possibility for higher pay based on skills and reliability.
