Here, you will be in charge of yourself, and one other person. This is a hands on position. You will be operating as a small business, therefore responsible for all daily operations of a busy Downtown sandwich shop. The shop operates Monday through Friday. Plan on 50-60 hours a week to be successful.
Your compensation is based on a percentage of sales providing a financial upside to hard work. If you’re not making more than 100k per year neither of us will be satisfied.
This is a one of a kind opportunity. It’s more like a franchise without the financial barriers.
Requirements:
- Rock solid Reliability
- Appreciation for the importance of standards
- Able to communicate effectively with guest
- 2 years experience working as a Sous chef or equivalent
- Must have positive attitude, self-motivated
