Looking for a motivated, experienced baker to lead our sourdough team. Must have experience working with various doughs including high hydration doughs, pastry (preferred, but not required), be well versed in fermentation, have reliable transportation, willing to work early morning hours (graveyard shift), and have weekend availability.
Candidate must also have experience managing a team and operations, in a bakery or otherwise. Candidate will be working closely with the founder.
Duties include but are not limited to—mixing, shaping, baking, inventory management, general team management. Candidate must possess the ability to communicate clearly and professionally, delegate tasks efficiently, and lead with humility and skill. Attention to detail and punctuality are important pillars of our bakery.
We are a small team— duties are flexible and may extend beyond outlined duties as need arises.
