American Beauty is opening soon @ The Grove! We are looking for skilled and committed Servers who are eager to be part of all the challenges and rewards of opening a restaurant.
Our first location on Rose Ave in Venice innovates the genre, focusing on chef driven product and technique, uniquely curated and crafted drinks, all served in a highly designed yet casual dining room, horseshoe bar, and lush patio. American Beauty is committed to being an important part of the neighborhood and we are excited to soon join the Fairfax community.

Qualifications:
-At least 2 years of experience as a server in a contemporary, chef driven and full-service restaurant
-A commitment to creating an amazing and memorable guest experience
-Following standards including steps of service, food safety and sanitation, knowledge of our menu and providing hospitable and accurate service
-Understand our technologies and care about accuracy - (POS Toast, Open Table, Hot Schedules)
-Have a flexible schedule and open availability
