Traxx Restaurant inside Union Station is currently looking to expand our team with two key roles: Server and Bartender. We're dedicated to providing outstanding customer service in our vibrant, fast-paced environment, and are seeking individuals who can uphold and exceed these standards.
Server Responsibilities:
- Providing excellent wait service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Taking customer orders and delivering food and beverages
- Making menu recommendations, answering questions, and sharing additional information with restaurant patrons
Bartender Responsibilities:
- Preparing alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
- Interacting with customers, taking orders, and serving food and I drinks
- Assessing customers’ needs and preferences and making recommendations
- FOR THIS POSITION, WE’RE LOOKING FOR A STRONG BARTENDER WHO KNOWS ALL THE CLASSICS, SPEED, URGENCY AND FAMILIARITY WITH BAR WORK. IF WE HAVE TO TEACH YOU HOW TO BREAK DOWN OR SET UP A BAR, ORGANIZE A STANDARD WELL SET-UP, YOU ARE NOT RIGHT FOR THIS ROLE. NO EGO’s PLEASE, IT’S ALWAYS ABOUT THE CUSTOMER.
Ideal candidates for both positions should possess the following:

Qualifications:
- Proven restaurant serving or bartending experience
- Hands-on experience in cashier duties (for Servers)
- Mixology skills and knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks (for Bartenders)
- Attention to cleanliness and safety
- Patience and a customer-oriented approach
- Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude
- Responsible and trustworthy
