We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead our upscale modern American restaurant. With a strong focus on fine wines, elevated dining, and exceptional guest experiences, our venue has built a reputation as a destination for sophisticated cuisine and hospitality.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and the highest hospitality standards.
Lead, train, and inspire front-of-house staff to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
Manage staff scheduling, payroll, and labor costs efficiently.
Collaborate with the Executive Chef and ownership team on menu design, wine pairings, and special events.
Maintain vendor relationships, inventory control, and cost management.
Monitor financial performance, including sales reports, budgets, and expense management.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations.
Develop strategies to increase revenue, grow repeat clientele, and maximize profitability.
Qualifications
Minimum 3–5 years of management experience in an upscale or fine-dining environment.
Strong knowledge of food, beverage, and wine service (sommelier certification a plus).
Proven ability to manage and motivate staff while maintaining a professional work environment.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Experience with POS systems, inventory management, and financial reporting.
