Seeking a cafe manager with great people skills and at least 2 years experience in the F&B business operating a coffee house, cafe, or restaurant for a new art and music cafe. Must have experience with hiring, training, scheduling, inventory, and reports. Looking for someone with a positive attitude, great leadership and communication skills, and confidence with managing a team. Experience as a barista, beer & wine, and food service a must. It's a plus if you're a creative with art or music skills, but by no means required. Also a plus, if you have experience with non-alcoholic elixirs and adaptogens.
We are looking for someone to help build our team to launch an exciting new art and music cafe that offers live music and live painting, along with breakfast, lunch and dinner. In addition to a classic espresso program, our menu will also feature espresso elixirs with adaptogen mushrooms. Our beer & wine program will feature a selection of Hard Booch & non-alcoholic adaptogen elixirs. Our goal is to create an elevated cafe experience that is accessible to everyone, and builds community through good food, drinks, and creative social experiences.
