Madre Mexican Restaurant is looking for a full time Operation Manager
driver license
able to work 55 hours +
Experience with food orders, inventories, schedules, HR, and food safety, full service, hospitality
Must be organized, lead by example, able to multitask front and back of the house
This position requires to work with the front and back of the house, running the restaurants along with the regional manager and
kitchen leads and servers
We are looking for a manager that can manage 2 locations and work with the back and front of the house team to meet the financial
goals
Must have manager food handler, alcohol certification and 2 years of experience in a full service restaurant
must be bilingual English and Spanish
Hourly rate to start and Salary after a probation and training period
