We are looking for a passionate leader with a love for hospitality. A well-established, high-volume restaurant in Los Angeles is seeking an experienced Restaurant Floor Manager to join our team.
We are looking for a dedicated, hands-on manager with a strong background in overseeing front-of-house operations and customer service. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent problem-solving skills, able to think on their feet, and understands the balance between delivering an exceptional guest experience and maintaining efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Lead and support a team of servers, bartenders, and bussers to ensure seamless service.
Oversee daily operations, including floor management.
Maintain high service standards and uphold the restaurant’s reputation for quality.
Handle guest relations, resolve service issues, and ensure overall satisfaction.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to enhance service flow and communication.
Monitor sales, labor costs to meet operational goals.
Enforce company policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations.
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume setting.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team.
A deep understanding of hospitality, service standards, and guest satisfaction.
Experience with POS systems (Toast experience is a plus).
A problem-solver with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
