We’re seeking a dependable, organized, and energetic individual to manage multiple Short Term Rentals (think airbnb). This part-time role requires 3-4 hours per day, with the option to work for pay or in exchange for accommodation (plus pay).
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
- Preferred: Live on-site at one of the properties.
- No experience needed, but punctuality, organization, and a friendly attitude are essential.
Responsibilities:
- Guest Services: Provide excellent customer service and address guest inquiries or issues.
- Inspections: Perform daily checks to ensure the property is clean, secure, and well-maintained.
- Maintenance: Schedule and oversee repairs and preventative maintenance.
- Inventory: Track and order necessary supplies.
- Emergencies: Respond promptly to property issues and communicate with management.
