We are looking to fill this position immediately. Experience preferred, as there is room for growth.
Washing and Cleaning:
Load, unload, and operate the commercial dishwasher.
Scrub, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and pots using approved cleaning methods.
Remove food particles, debris, and grease from dishes and equipment.
Follow established procedures for handling and disposing of waste.
Organizing and Storing:
Sort, stack, and store cleaned dishes, utensils, and equipment in designated areas.
Ensure the kitchen area is well-organized and maintained, with dishes and equipment readily accessible for other staff members.
Restock kitchen supplies, such as dishwashing detergent, cleaning agents, and other necessary items.
Organize dry storage and other kitchen supplies and inventory.
Equipment Maintenance:
Maintain and clean the dishwasher and other kitchen equipment regularly.
Report any equipment malfunctions or issues to the appropriate personnel.
Follow proper cleaning and maintenance schedules for optimal performance of equipment.
Sanitation and Safety:
Adhere to all health and safety regulations and guidelines, including those related to food handling and sanitation.
Maintain a clean and hygienic work area, including floors, walls, and storage areas.
Ensure compliance with proper hand-washing techniques and personal hygiene standards.
Collaboration and Communication:
Coordinate and communicate effectively with other kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and servers, to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency.
Assist with other kitchen tasks, such as food preparation, as needed or directed by the supervisor.

Hours vary based on the needs of the company: Saturday- Wednesday, 9am-5pm or 10am-6pm
Pay: $19/hr
