We have immediate, OPEN positions available for 2-3 Dishwashers and Kitchen prep.
MUST have some fast pace, experience.
Hours: 4pm to 9:30pm. 4-5 days advailable, but MUST work Weekends
Starting pay: $18 per hour, plus a free meal per shift. tips after 30 days
Key Responsibilities:
- Prep and Prepare menu items according standards of quality, portion control, and presentation.
- Work efficiently in a team setting, handling prep work, and maintaining a clean and organized
- Occasionally lift up to 40 lbs for kitchen operations.
- Follow food safety, health, and sanitation guidelines in compliance with California law.
- Assist in receiving and organizing kitchen supplies as needed.
Requirements:
- Experience in cooking .
- Ability to work PM shifts.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 40 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail, cleanliness, and quality.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- California Food Handler's certification required or ability to obtain upon hire.
- Ability to speak English and Spanish preferred.
