Connie and Ted's is a New England style seafood restaurant owned by James Beard award winner and three star Michelin Chef Michael Cimarusti. We are looking to hire a professional, detail oriented, experienced Pastry Chef to work in a fast paced, detail oriented, high volume kitchen.
All pastry/breads are made in house, as this is a "from scratch" kitchen. General experience with bread making, baking, pastry, and ice cream production is required. Some previous management experience is preferred, but not required.
We have our established staple recipes for several items on the menu, but a creative mindset is required for seasonal offerings.
We are looking for hard-working, dependable, team players, who can execute consistently and be a leader in the kitchen.
