We are looking for someone who has some baking skills/knowledge to be able to follow recipes and learn from our pastry chef. You will be prepping pastry creams, crust and sauces. In addition, you will work with the pastry chef to create french pastries which include Kouign Amanns, tarts, filled choux and much more. Hours needed: Monday - Friday 11am - 7pm
