Maciel’s Plant-Based Butcher and Deli on York Blvd in Highland Park is looking for an Overnight Prep Cook to join us! We are looking for someone with strong experience in a high-volume environment. Must be able to work fast in an organized and efficient manner. Baking experience is a plus.
PAY/HOURS
$25 - $26/hr
4 shifts/week
10pm - 6am

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Preparing plant-based meats, sauces, and soups accurately.
- Maintain prep and cooking areas in a clean, sanitary, and safe manner.
- Clean, organize, and maintain refrigerators, cooler drawers, ovens, prep and dry storage areas, etc.
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience working in a bakery is a plus
- Food Safety Knowledge
