DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 1-year experience in a high volume, upscale casual/fine dining setting
Passion for food & beverage with a desire to continue expanding knowledge
Technical proficiency in restaurant POS and reservation systems (TOAST and Resy preferred)
Ability to plan and seat the restaurant to maximize sales and guest experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with guests and colleagues.
Excellent customer service skills
Warm and hospitable demeanor
Must be available Thursday - Sunday PM
CA Food Handlers and Alcohol Certification required.
