Requirements:
Proven experience as a Cook or in a similar culinary role within the food industry.
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices for food handling. Ensure all food handling and safety guidelines are strictly followed to maintain high standards of hygiene.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
Utilize kitchen equipment and tools safely, including knives and cooking appliances, while maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen area.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow and communication during service periods.
Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and ingredients, reporting any shortages or needs to management.
