Join Our Team at Chelsea: A New American Bistro Opening in Santa Monica
We are thrilled to introduce Chelsea, an elevated neighborhood restaurant soon to grace Santa Monica with its warm hospitality. Inspired by our owner's fond memories of the iconic London neighborhood, Chelsea will be an intimate and vibrant space. Our establishment will boast an elevated craft cocktail bar featuring carefully selected spirits and a meticulously curated wine selection.
At Chelsea, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service without the stuffiness. Our menu will offer hearty and creative dishes crafted from fresh, quality ingredients sourced from local farmers' markets. Initially, we'll be open for dinner service only, Tuesday through Sunday.
Our front-of-house team will operate on a tip-pooling system, fostering a collaborative and team-oriented environment. Servers may be scheduled for one or more shifts per week as food expeditors, ensuring an equal distribution of tips. We value versatility in our team members and encourage proficiency in all aspects of restaurant operations.
We place a strong emphasis on product knowledge, hospitality, and execution, and we're seeking individuals who share our passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.
We are currently hiring for the following positions:
- Server
- Server Assistant
- Host
- Bartender
Interviews will be conducted individually, starting next week. Training will commence shortly thereafter, with a friends and family event and soft opening planned in approximately three weeks.
