Overview
We are seeking a talented and passionate hibachi kitchen chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have experience in hibachi style cooking, a strong background in Seafood and kitchen prep. The role requires experience in hibachi cuisine and be proficient in various cooking techniques including frying, grilling, and fried rice making.
Duties
Prepare high-quality dishes that meet standards of hibachi bus stop dining
Oversee daily kitchen operations insurance food safety and sanitation practices are followed
Maintaining kitchen equipment
Maintaining a clean and organize kitchen environment while adhering to all health regulations.
Qualifications
Able to work Weekends and late shifts a must
Proven experience as a chef with prep and knife skills
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent culinary skills with a passion for food production and presentation
Food handlers serve safe card is required
