Position: Line Cook for Food Truck
Location: West Holywood Los Angeles
Hours: Flexible - shifts from between 6am and 8pm
Full Time or Part Time
Responsibilities:
Execute food preparation and cooking with precision.
Maintain a clean and organized cooking station.
Collaborate with the team for a seamless food service experience.
Manages inventory and maintains organized back stock and fridges.
Cleaning and Maintaining cooking equipment.
Keeping kitchen area and the whole truck organized and clean.
Must be able to communicate in basic English.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Line Cook
Ability to handle a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Strong attention to detail and passion for food quality
Availability on Friday evenings and Saturday nights
Requirements:
21 years or older
Previous line cooks experience.
Valid Food Handlers Card preferred but not required.
Works well under pressure and can communicate.
Some exposure to smoke, steam, high temperatures, and humidity
Efficiently works in a fast paced environment.
Must be able to lift up to 50lb.
Must be able to work in a limited space and stand extended hours
Must be able to adapt to change.
Must be a reliable and responsible team player
Reliable transportation is a must.
Driver’s License preferred but not required.
