Essential Duties & Responsibilities

. Adhere to company standards and service levels to increase sales and minimize cost, including food, beverage, supply utility and labor cost.

· Responsible for ensuring that all financial (invoices coding, reporting) and personnel/payroll related administrative duties are completed accurately, on time and in accordance with company policies and procedures.

· Ensures consistency in all areas of the restaurant, maintain professional restaurant image, including restaurant cleanliness, proper uniforms and appearance standards.

· Ensure positive guest service in all areas. Investigate and respond to complaints, taking any and all appropriate actions to turn dissatisfied guests into return guests.

· Manage shifts which include: daily decision making, scheduling, planning while ensuring consistent high quality of food preparation and service.

. Creating a positive team atmosphere among team members that encourages accountability and achieves the highest standards of food, beverage, service and hospitality.

Required Skills

. At least 3 years management experience in a full service, high volume dining establishment.

· Has great decision making and organizational skills.

· Strong knowledge of front and back of house operations including food, beverage, staff supervision, inventory, food safety, service techniques, and guest interaction.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

· Primarily AM/PM shifts, but all times of day will be required as well.

· Great organizational skills

· Flexible open schedule (available to come in early mornings/evenings)

Required Experience

· Must have at least 3 years experience working in a professional fast paced restaurant

· Proven leadership abilities with emphasis on creating and maintain positive work environments

· Must be able to manage multiple tasks in stressful environments

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills is essential
