For over 20 years UGO Cafe has been established in the neighborhoods of Culver City, Santa Monica and now Hollywood Blvd. Our new cafe is located between Madam Tussauds and the Chinese Theater in the heart of world famous Hollywood Blvd. We continue to grow and are looking for people who want to grow with us.

Qualifications
3 year retail / customer service management experience preferably in restaurant environment
Strong organizational, interpersonal and problem solving skills
Entrepreneurial mentality and energy with focus on managing sales and budget goals
Strong Leadership skills with the ability to coach and mentor team partners with professionalism
Ability to work full time (the work regularly demands in excess of 40 hours per week) including variable hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends and/ or holidays
Responsibilities
Work with management by implementing strategies to increase sales and manage expenses while ensuring the best customer service experience for customers
Grow a successful new location : lead and participate in daily operations with the staff by example and direction, drive sales by leveraging your business acumen, efficiency and problem solving skills
Nurture talent & lead a team: participate in the interviewing and hiring of staff and all personnel decisions, engage the hearts and minds of your team and develop their skills so that they realize their personal best, both as individuals and as thriving teams, Inspire your team as a dedicated brand ambassador dedicated to driving and achieving results through your team
Administrative management: attention to detail and accuracy when reporting and managing payroll, inventory control proper cash handling and maintenance logs . Ensure compliance with all health department and safety requirements as required per LA County Health and safety regulations
