Looking for entry level trainee to become a chef

We are a Mediterranean restaurant in Long Beach area with Couple of branches and we need entry level trainees young energetic and smart to start from the scratch and get trained to become a real chef and a part of our team please make sure if you're interested in food industry and you're serious about it respond to this ad otherwise for temporary matters this is not the choice we need someone to get trained to do everything from cleaning to prep to order to work in the line to work with equipment and even dishwashing so the person that applying for this job should be open to do everything in a kitchen and be on top of everything he must be open to learn everything detail oriented and pay attention to every single corner.
