We are seeking a professional and enthusiastic Server to join our team at a prestigious Japanese restaurant in West Hollywood, a branch of a well-known unagi specialty restaurant from Japan.
Our menu features high-end sushi, premium dishes imported from Japan, and a curated selection of wines and Japanese sake.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in Japanese cuisine or fine dining service.
Weekend availability, include Saturday shifts.
Passion for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, high-standard environment.
Knowledge of Japanese food, sake, and wine is a plus but not required
