Compensation Range
$17.25 - $20 / Hour + Tip & Bonus on holidays
Join our team and be part of an exciting opportunity at a vibrant Mediterranean cuisine spot!
We are looking for passionate and dedicated individuals to help serve our delicious menu of falafel, shawarma, hummus, and other Mediterranean specialties.
Operating 5 days a week, from 11 AM to 9 PM daily.

Job Responsibilities:
- Willing to learn new skills and adapt quickly under the guidance of a master chef
- Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies
- Stay organized and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and punctual—must show up daily and on time
- Present a professional appearance and maintain a positive attitude
- Prepare food (e.g., chopping vegetables, butchering meat, preparing sauces)
- Cook menu items collaboratively with the kitchen team
- Follow instructions from the executive or sous chef
- Clean up station and store leftover food appropriately
- Strong knife skills and proficiency with various cooking methods
- Maintain attention to detail with weights, measurements, and volumes
- Keep the kitchen clean and organized at all times
- Be a team player—work cohesively with other kitchen staff
- Looking for long-term commitment—someone eager to grow with the company
- Food Handler's Certificate required
- Comfortable standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and bending/reaching frequently
- Stock inventory accurately and efficiently
- Ensure food is of top quality and kitchen is well-maintained
- Ensure food is served quickly, at high quality, and on time
- Adhere to food safety standards consistently
We use Toast POS + Kitchen Display Screens, all delivery apps directly integrated
Cooking: 2 years (Preferred)
Restaurant Experience: 2 years (Preferred)
