We are a fast-growing Mediterranean restaurant looking for reliable, hardworking Line Cooks to join our kitchen team. You will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment while maintaining cleanliness, accuracy, and consistency.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station and kitchen
Assist with prep work and food storage as needed
Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
Work efficiently as part of a team during busy shifts
Communicate clearly with kitchen staff and front of house
Requirements:
Prior experience as a line cook or prep cook preferred (but not required)
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen
Good knife skills and attention to detail
Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
