We’re looking for a skilled and reliable Line Cook with experience in Japanese cuisine to join our cloud kitchen team. The ideal candidate has strong knife skills, familiarity with Japanese cooking techniques, and thrives in a fast-paced, streamlined kitchen environment focused on delivery.
Responsibilities:
Execute menu items with consistency, speed, and attention to detail
Prep and cook a variety of Japanese dishes such as ramen toppings, karaage, donburi, gyoza, etc.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation following food safety standards
Assist with prep work, portioning, and daily kitchen tasks
Communicate with the team to ensure smooth service and timely order fulfillment
Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking and rotation
Requirements:
1+ years of line cook experience (Japanese cuisine preferred)
Strong knife skills and knowledge of kitchen safety/sanitation standards
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment
Reliable, punctual, and a team player
Food Handler’s Certification (or willingness to obtain)
