```Duties```- Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and portion sizes- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations- Maintain a clean and organized work area- Follow dietary restrictions and special requests for meals- Adhere to all health and safety regulations

```Skills```- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and procedures- Experience in meal preparation and culinary techniques- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills- Knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment- Previous experience in the food industry, catering, or restaurant setting is preferred- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team- Flexibility to adapt to changing menus and dietary requirements
