Schedule:
- Wednesday:
Cedar Sinai Farmers Market, 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM (3 hours)
- Saturday: Playa Vista Farmers Market, 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM (3 hours)
- Total: 6 hours per week
Duties:
- Prepare and cook fresh tacos
- Set up and break down cooking station, including grills and prep tables
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment in compliance with health regulations
- Handle food prep
- Serve customers with a friendly and professional attitude
- Manage inventory and restock ingredients as needed
- Ensure proper food storage and waste minimization
Dress Code & Health Requirements:
-Dress Code: Clean black or white shirt or chefs coat, black pants, non-slip shoes, and a hat or hairnet
- Maintain personal hygiene standards (clean-shaven or well-groomed, no strong perfumes)
- Adhere to all Los Angeles County health and safety guidelines

Requirements:
- Prior experience as a line cook or in a fast-paced food prep environment
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-energy, outdoor market setting
- Strong knife skills and familiarity with Mexican cuisine preferred
- Reliable transportation to both locations
- Positive attitude and ability to engage with customers
Compensation: $20 an hour
