Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items by provided recipes and quality standards.
- Assist in the preparation of food and beverages for oncoming shift.
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met in the kitchen.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Adhere to proper food handling and storage procedures.
- Follow instructions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a line cook in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Knowledge of cooking techniques and Mexican cuisine.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain composure and professionalism during peak hours.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
