The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 years in a similar position. This is an opportunity to learn & practice your skills in an unconventional kitchen. A unique setup of outdoor grilling and small plates all with minimal equipment. We focus Farmers Market produce, and top quality meats/fish. Creativity and willingness to learn is key.
