Little Dom's is hiring in the pastry department!
We're looking to hire two positions:
1. Full time Pastry Lead
Candidates must have at least 2 years of professional pastry experience in a restaurant or bakery. The ideal candidate will enjoy leading a team with strong pastry skills, communication, and organizational skills. This position requires availability for both morning/daytime and evening shifts while training but is primarily a morning/daytime position. Candidates can expect to work weekends and holidays
2. Part time evening pastry plater
This position is primarily for an evening pastry plater two days a week. Based on availibility, ideally we would also train for this position on some production items during daytime shifts.
Physical requirements for both positions include but aren't limited to: standing for a full shift, walking up and down stairs, lifting 50 pounds at a time, bending, kneeling, and reaching. We're looking for skilled, organized, detail oriented applicants that have a strong work ethic, great communication skills, and a love for pastry.
We offer hands-on training in a lively, fun, and professional environment. All pastries and composed desserts are made in house, are seasonally driven, and utilize fresh farmers market produce and quality ingredients.
