We're looking for a Lead bartender who can work in a fast-paced environment. We're a neighborhood hidden gem bar and restaurant offering creative mixology drinks and exceptional customer service.

2+ years serving/bartending in high-end/high-volume establishments
Lead Bartender makes monthly staff schedule for bartenders/bussers

Must work weekend nights will have a set schedule- DO NOT APPLY if you can not work Thursday-Saturday.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintains proper and adequate set-up of the bar on a daily basis. This includes requisitioning and stocking of all beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws and stirrers, condiments, and produce based on projections from the daily functions sheet
Receives cash from guests, makes any change needed, verifies the validity of charges, records charges, and ensures vouchers are properly executed, in order to balance all money.
Responsible for maintaining stock, cutting, and storing all fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices, and other perishables daily to ensure product quality
Mixes, garnishes, and presents drinks using standard ingredient recipes and practicing prudent portion control.
Makes excellent cocktails for our guests
Take drink orders from guests when doing table service if needed
