Qualifications
At least one full year of host experience in a high-volume, full-service environment
A commitment to creating an amazing and memorable guest experience
Following standards including steps of service, food safety and sanitation and phone etiquette
Organized, detail oriented, and a great communicator
Address problems quickly and have a knack for turning tough situations into positive outcomes
Understand our technologies and care about accuracy - (POS Toast, Open Table, Hot Schedules)
Have a flexible schedule and open availability
