HIRING FULL- TIME AND PART -TIME LINE COOKS (Silverlake)
Pijja Palace serves tavern style pizzas and classic bar favorites, through an Indian lens, in a modern sports bar atmosphere. As a cook, you will participate in making/cooking fresh pasta, preparing/rolling pizza dough, building sauces from scratch and preparing spice blends as well as utilizing and learning various other cooking techniques.
The ideal candidate will have previous kitchen experience and will be a responsible and enthusiastic team player who is eager to join a small kitchen team.
