We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic bartender to join our team and contribute to creating memorable experiences for our guests
Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and high quality
Create signature cocktails that complement our Mediterranean menu.
Interact with customers, take orders, and serve snacks and drinks
Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations.
Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails and other drinks.
Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets the legal drinking age.
Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
Stay guest-focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.
Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Qualifications:
Proven working experience as a bartender.
Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.
Knowledge of Mediterranean spirits and cocktails is a plus.
Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean.
Relevant training certificate is a plus.
