Dishwasher Requirements:
Punctuality is a must – arrive on time, ready to work
Positive attitude – be respectful, professional, and team-oriented
Speed and efficiency – able to keep up with a high-volume service
Ability to follow instructions and maintain health code standards
Previous experience dishwashing ; must be comfortable washing by hand
Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all dishes, utensils, kitchen equipment, and work areas
Operate dishwashing machines efficiently and safely
Support kitchen staff with up keeping of cleanliness during service
Maintain a clean, organized dish area at all times
Assist with end-of-night breakdown and deep cleaning duties

Host Responsibilities
Greet guests with professionalism, warmth, and genuine hospitality
Manage reservations and guest needs through OpenTable
Answer phone calls and emails with clarity, kindness, and professionalism
Print menus, and other service documents using Adobe Illustrator
Communicate with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth flow and seating timing
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front-of-house environment
Host Requirements
2+years of front-facing hospitality experience (restaurant, hotel, or similar)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and composed under pressure
